Cookies are small files that a website or service may store on a device. Similar technologies, including local storage, can remember information in a browser.
2. What this website uses
No analytics, advertising or marketing cookie is included in this website version. If you save privacy preferences, the website records the policy version, an essential-only setting and the time in your browser's local storage. If you close the first-visit notice without saving, a temporary session record prevents it reopening on each page during that browser session. Neither record identifies you to Tulip or sends the preference to a server.
3. Hosting and security
The hosting provider may process basic technical logs, including IP address, browser information and request time, where needed to deliver and protect the website. Tulip will update this policy if the hosted configuration introduces browser storage or optional services.
4. External services
The website does not contact WhatsApp, FormSubmit or an email provider merely because you view a page. WhatsApp is contacted after you follow a WhatsApp link; FormSubmit is contacted only if you submit the enquiry form. Those providers have their own privacy and storage practices.
5. Future analytics
The site configuration keeps optional analytics disabled. If Tulip later proposes analytics or other non-essential tracking, it will first explain each purpose and provider, offer equally clear accept and reject controls, record the choice, allow withdrawal and prevent the technology from loading before consent.
6. Your controls
Use the “Privacy preferences” link in the footer to review the current setting. You may also clear the saved record through your browser; if you do, the essential-only notice may appear again.
7. Nigerian data-protection requirements
The consent approach is intended to support the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the NDP Act General Application and Implementation Directive 2025, including the requirement that non-essential cookie consent be informed, specific and freely given with an accept-or-reject choice. Tulip will review this approach whenever the website or its providers change.
