Questions before care
Ask until the arrangement is clear.
These answers explain the intended process. Availability, fees and the final care arrangement must be confirmed directly.

Where does Tulip provide care?
Tulip is based at 10 Irewole Street, Opebi, Lagos. Contact the team to confirm whether the required service and care worker are available in your location; the website does not imply nationwide coverage.
What information should I send online?
Only your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number and preferred contact method. Please do not include medical history, diagnoses or detailed care needs in a public form or opening WhatsApp message.
How is support decided?
An initial conversation helps determine whether an assessment is suitable. The assessment should consider the person's routines, preferences, abilities, environment and family involvement before support is agreed.
Can a relative abroad arrange care?
A relative can begin the conversation, but the wishes, consent and privacy of the person receiving care remain important. The family should agree who receives updates and what can be shared.
Are care workers available at all times?
Visit times, frequency and out-of-hours arrangements depend on the agreed service and current availability. Confirm these details before care starts.
How are fees set?
Fees should reflect the assessed support, schedule, location and service arrangement. Request written information before agreeing to care.
Is this an emergency service?
No. Do not wait for a website or WhatsApp response if someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical help.
How can I raise a concern?
Email hello@tuliphomecare.co.uk with the subject 'Concern or complaint', or ask a coordinator to record your concern. Tulip will explain the review and response route. If someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical help, contact the appropriate emergency service rather than waiting for a website response.
